I bought dell laptop in 27-oct-2014. whenever I open my laptop some advertise of dell retail media network was running on my laptop. I went to the dell showroom 2 times for my complain but they said that that is normal advertise but today I get information about this add I know that this laptop was used for dell retailer advertisement and they sold this laptop to me...

Motherboard has been replaced- and still overheats- upto 97+ degrees celsius! ( YES, thats correct! )
I want to get an equivalent laptop which does not overheat. and replacement from DELL.
