[Resolved] Dell / Gadgets And Laptops Pune — Deceiving by giving Duplicate Dell Carry Case/ Dell donte act on their authorized Dealers | |||
I have Purchased a Dell Laptop Vostro 1520 from Dell Authorized Dealer ( Gadjets and Laptops, Nal Stop, Pune ) after suggestted by Dell Customer Care. The Order was Dell 1520 + Carry Case(Belkin Bag). After 7 month, while purchasing another system for my friend, I realized that the Carry Case (bag) given to me from Dealer was duplicate(local market bag) and not the Original Dell bag. I hade seen the same bag on the roadside with DELL logo, selling at 300Rs. When I contacted back to the Dealer, he refused to give me new back, infact he was rude and shouted that it is original bag. When Contacted to Dell, the response from Senior Supervisor was, "We cant do anything in this case". Which means Dell cant take action against their dealers after knowing that they are selling duplicate bags and making customers fool. I hate Dell, I am going to take action against Dell the Dealer and I will suggest all NOT TO BUY DELL. DO NOT BUY ANY DELL LAPTOPS. Since you will not get support if there is any deceiving. I have another story, where I reached Dell Service Center for my studio laptop screen switched off issue. They told that it will take at least 4 days to diagnose. They charged me Rs 720 for it.
They did not do anything in 4 days. When i called on 5th day about that they are asking the system password after 10 minutes. So, it was clear that they did not even started my laptop for 4 days and making me fool. After few minutes they called me and told that they want to format my system. without format, it is not possible to diagnose. I took my laptop to my home and taken the backup and again returned to Dell Service Center. next day, they are calling and telling, your laptop is ready, come and collect.
I asked about the problems they found, they are not telling anything. Just they formatted the system and nothing is done.
They are just fooling, they know only to replace the parts, they dont know how to diagnose.
