Respected Sir,
I am using DELL laptop model Inspiron N 5010. My service tag number is 6VWL6BS. I am facing problem with battery's low backup (only about 15 mins.) and in excess heat flow from laptop. Laptop is in warranty till November 17th, 2011. Though they are not replacing my damaged parts. So please take strict legal actions as soon as possible. I am student of Computer Engineering and as a student I use laptop for my study work and can't tolerate more for this issue. I am trying to log the complain in DELL service center[protected] for a fortnight but they are not logging the complaint and doing wrong excuses. I think this is not fair as they are previously giving us guarantee that they will provide the best service after taking their products.
Hope for doing my favor and taking actions.
