[Resolved]  Dell / Inspiron 1420 — DELL International Ownership Transfer

I had horrible/worst experience with Dell Customer service Center. I purchased DELL INSPIRON 1420 from one of the LAPTOP Showroom.I checked at that time also about Internationa Transfer.
They said clearly and shown some Brochers also saying that you will get the Internation Warranty and all. I came to USA in Last DEC'08 and i Tried to Transfer my account from Jan'09 onward.
But it was not happen still today. They are saying that My Original Name is matching as per their Records.I given all the details of INVOICE NUMBER, INVOICE DATE, SHOWROOM NAME/ADDRESS/SHOWROOM PHONE NUMBER/TIN NUMBER ALL...I told to them if you want i can send the INOVICE COPY (SCAN) also...How fun it is, I am the Owner and i paid the money from my pocket. They are saying that its not matching their Record..Its not my problem if they are not updated their records properly.
Last couple months i am sending all these Above details but still TODAY i Got the Mail from them DELL as Below see

If obtained at an auction please provide auction company and auction number. Also provide us the express service code of the computer.

If i call to the Customer Care they are saying that you need to change the International Transfer First.
With this mailling Process i lost my FOUR Months of DELL Warranty Period, , , , , , ,
Who is going to bare this ????
