Dell Inspiron 1525 — NOT WORKING PROPERLY

DEAR SIR
I VE PURCHASED MY LAPTOP 0N 20/11/2008 IN PATNA FROM GLOBAL SYSTEM, HARINIWAS, PATNA.
MY COMPLAIN IS :-
1.NOT CARE PROPERLY UR AUTHORISE SHOP
2.LAPTOP BATTERY IS NOT WORKING
3.BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING
3.MICROPHONE NOT WORKING
4.AFTER PURCHASE OF ONE WEEK KEY BOARD WAS NOT WORKED, SHOP KEEPER SOLVED THIS MATTER

BUT HE DIDNT WANT TO TALK ME.
I REQUEST U TO PLS CHANGE MY LAPTOP AS SOON AS AVAILABLE

this is koteswararao katta i was purchase laptop last december
i have some problem of this product the problem is keys&blutooth not working please check this problem once
