Dell Inspiron 1545 — The laptop does not turned on

I have purchased Dell inspiron 1545 laptop with service tag: JKBV4BS in the month of march 2010. The laptop is still having the warranty. Now, it does not turns on.

I had given my laptop to the dealer, where i had purchased for repair. But they gave it back without any repair. Then myself tried to contact the dell customer care online. It is not responding from last week. Please do solve my problem.
