Dell Inspiron — Poor products | |||
I had purchased a Dell computer in 2006 only to realize that it was a BIG mistake. Since then I have never been happy with the product. I have used a lot of Dell machines and have never found its quality comparable to other makes. The computer overheated and burned my motherboard. Dell without checking what was wrong asked me to replace the mother board. Since I could not buy a motherboard from any other vendor I was stuck. I paid Rs. 16000 to replace the motherboard and renew the warranty. Three months later Dell's service center refuses to acknowledge that the warranty is renewed and does not respond to my emails. They have ignored my repeated requests to escalate the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
