Hi, 1. My name is Capt Samir Tangri and I am a serving officer of Indian Army. I was working with Dell (Mohali) since Dec 2005 till June 2008. 2. I was terminated from the service and my log in ID and badge was not working when I turned up in office after I recovered from injuries sustained in an accident. I was given a assurance by my manager that my leaves will be adjusted against my absence. However, when I reported back, i was not allowed to enter the office as I was told that I have been expelled from the job. 3. After I was terminated, there was no correspondence from the office and I was not even informed about my termination. No PF settlement was done, no experience letter was given and there was not intimation about my salary or other financial details. My manager left Dell after me and I was told that the settlement matter is taking a long as my manger has not logged my attendance or leave as per the norms. It is been 4 years now and I have not been given any intimation about my PF. My Badge ID was 877931. I have left with no option except to file a case against them and publish this matter in media as there is no correspondence from the concerned authorities of Dell. Samir Tangri. [protected].
