DELL — Trouble with warranty
Purchased dell LCD monitor 19" from local vendor. Dell provides 3 years of warranty on this product. When I contacted vendor with complaint he said Dell provides onsite support, call dell toll free number. I tried Dell customer support, they asked for Order number. I gave order number which appears on the box. The reply from dell was this order number does not exist and we cannot provide service. Any pointer? what I should do now. Follow the instructions below to run hardware diagnostics
1. Press F12 on the dell logo while powering on the system.
2. Complete all the diagnostics and make a note of error codes if any
If possible please provide me your system service tag so that I can check your order details and give you the correct information & some settings which needs to be changed
And you can find the service tag
**on the bottom of the laptop on the white sticker
**it’s a seven digit alphanumeric code which ends with BS or number 1.

Dell Laptop — service/repair
I purchased my Laptop in USA, but when i came to india , it has got some problem, the warranty was valid but still dell india charged me for engineers visit, it is really injustice with customer.
