[Resolved]  Dell — whole unit replacement

I have purchsed laptop on 11 september 2010,after two dats laptop got problem & it got hanged. after contacted with Dell Techniocal support they told me that problem with Hard disk so they will replace that.
On 25 th september Dell engineer visited at my home He Replace Hard disk & DVD drive but due to Unavailibility of Operating System Disk i could not checked Laptop at that time,
so again i booked complaint for OS Cd. after 15 days later i got OS Cd but still laptop not working, On 8 octomber 2010 I gain called customer care & spoken with Dell Technical Support. & I asked about Replacement of my sysytem.
On 8/10/2010 they promise to give me replacement of whole system.
Today is 18/11/2010.
but i'm not received any replacement.
such poor service of Dell

Dell / Inspiron 15R — Not giving the working Laptop

Dear Sir,

This in reference to the customer harassment in Dell.
I ordered (Order No: [protected]) Dell Laptop (Model - Inspiron 15R) on 21-June-2010 and paid the billed amount of 37,800/-.
After the payment, they sent Laptop on 29-June-2010. When i tried to start i was unable to start the system.

So in reference to this problem i contacted Dell customer care for replacement (Dell Service Tag No: 43J46BS) on 02-July-2010. And i have returned the Laptop on 16-July-2010.


From 16-July-2010, i am waiting for the resolution and i have contacted to them so many times. But every time they try to avoid request. I have done this investment from my whole year saving. Now its really painful that even after paying the billed amount i am not having the Laptop.

So i am requesting you to please provide me guidance or help me in this situation.

I am eagerly waiting for your positive reply.

Dell India is making its customers fool and making money out of poor people.It is height of irresponsibility on the part of company that even after passing of 3 months during the warranty period it is giving false assurance to its customers.I have purchased dell inspiron 15R laptop mod no S560805 dt 17.07.10 in name of swati salarpuria and to my great surprise its DVD went out of order on 18.07.10 and i have registered complaint on 19.07.10 with service tag no JNN76BS & complaint NO 4413778.But even after passing of 20 days company was not able to replace my DVD drive so i have changed my request to WUR but company is only cheating me and giving only false assurances.Meanwhile my business interest suffered grealty due to problem with DVD drive that also for such a long period of 3 months which is not accepable my any standards and also during warranty period. My current complaint no is 5368220,

sir last 10days before i purchsed a dell laptop with config of 3gb ram
320gb hardisk i3 processor the cost of 36500 but i orderd dell inspiran 15r with 512 graphic card and 4gb ram I asked about Replacement of my sysytem.
but he was not taking back is there any provision to change my laptop

Hard disk failure & CD drive failure

i have purchased a desktop 2 months back, it is sorry to say that within two months Hard disk & CD drive becomes failure. what can i do .

some hardware and software

Some problems in hardware like function keys, and problems in software like graphics card. Slow process after formet the computer.

Laptops warranty update

There is issue about my laptops warrenty update.
I bought laptop last year in august from authorusied outlet of dell.
I get 1 year warranty on it but somehow they did not update my warranty.
Now there is some problem wid laptops screen.
Its been 12 to 14 days i have submitted laptop but they cant go further cz of warrenty update.
Hello I received DOA letter.what to do next.The exchange team nothing informed me.Also it has validity 7 days.
