Dell — Faulty Product and Customer Service | |||
Hi, I had purchased a DELL Studio 15 in February 2009. Within the first 2-3 months i started facing issues with the Laptop. SInce then i have practically changed every part of the laptop except the body. The customer service has been even more APPALLING. People on the phone give call back promises but it never happens. So many parts and so early. Once i spoke to some Supervisor and he said that after all its a machine its bound to have issues and i was like is that a joke or are you serious. A Professional from DELL talking to me like this made me realise how serious they are with a customer. It's an absolute CRAP of a service that DELL India provides. Incorrect information is the prime factor. Everyone tells me something else. The machine given to me is no different. Faulty parts, reoccurence of replacing things and so on.. I just regret being a DELL customer to be very honest. All i wish is a response and to be treated like a customer and not like a joke. Was this information helpful? | |||

DELL — Lack of tech support
Dell tech support is pathetic. Case No7238452 Unable to boot using pendrive. Model Vostro 3400. They said doesn't support pendrives more than 2GB. I need a resolution. Its stupid to say it can't support when windows recognises the same. In the BIOS the pendrive sometimes gets detected as floppy. The same works on other laptops including Dell's and desktop systems. I need a resolution.
