No One is listing regarding Laptop complaint Service tag no – H6R48BS I bought Laptop in 21st Oct 2011, Now my laptop is not powering on. I called appx. 15times & no one is listing to my complaint everyone is forwarding the call to the next to next person. I don’t know how I need to process. I need to understand the problem a little more. Is the system not powering on with the adapter and the battery ? Is there any light that glows when you try to power it on ?
You may try disconnecting the battery & ac adapter from the system and press the power button for 30 sec to release any static charge which may help. As per our records the system is out of warranty. If you have bought the system in October of
2011, we would require a copy of your invoice also.
