i have been a Dell user since 8-9 years and due to good experience till now, i had purchased DELL STREAK last year. Since then somehow i m facing problems. and now there is some screen problem. I consulted the service center in our area, they are asking for damage charges. I informed them tht my phone is under warranty and if problem occurs on its own, i m not responsible. There is no physical damage on the screen, smething has happened inside. hten also nothing was done by the company.
Plz look into the matter ASAS as warranty will expire on 20th August,2012
