My laptop name is dell studio 1555, service tag no. JM753BS,

MY COMPAINT ON WINDOWS ERROR WHEN LAPTOP IS STARTED SOME ERROR IS DISPLAYED AND TOLD SOME FILE MISSING(THE NAME IS PVVLWTR.DLL IS MISSING)

ANOTHER COMPLAINT IS SOME DOTS IS SHOWN ON LAPTOP SCREEN ,SOME ARE SOMETIMES COMMING OR SAME ARE STILL THERE,,
PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT THIS

Dell Studio 1555 — bad service

My Operating system is not working.I made the complaint to customer care.They registered companit & told me that i will get DVD of OS within 15 days.I didn't get any DVD then again register complaint & send you the DVD within 15 days but after some time the manager told me that he cant give me DVD & disconnected call.I tried everything but i did;t get any response from DELL. I have licensed copy still they are giving me the DVD.

i got my studio 1555 model replaced completely after giving badwords to those executives. try giving them badwords. they will do as u say
