I had purchased a VOSTRO 1015 Dell lap top from Computer care ,Kannur on[protected]. After one month it gives the signals of poor performances like flickering the desk top, speaker complaint etc... Now, the lap has not to be switched on any way. I have contacted the customer care and replied the problem is on the mother board. To change the mother board , I have to pay an amount of Rs 14500/- for the cost of mother board. After one year, The famous DELL company wants a huge amount for replacing the same. There is no service for checking the problem first. If remit the amount, then it will change. This is anti social. Can u help me sir...............? Was this information helpful? |
