Dell — Hard disk failure | |||
I have Purchased a dell inspiron 4010, 3 months back and hard disk has crashed all of sudden,putting me at the risk of losing all my personal data that i have stored in the laptop. I have registered a complaint with dell case no-5796833,and there are going to change the hard drive. I want to raise certain points in this context about the kind of product Dell india is selling through 1> Dell product has no reliability and have resorted to cheap tactics of assembling low quality and very unreliable product. 2> Dell are selling substandard product to consumer in order to be competitive in the market. 3> Dell customer service executives are the most pathetic in there Customer response and handling. infact i have the same model INSPIRON 14R and i am facing same problem.. dell will change my motherbord and HDD tomorrow. but i want to replace my laptop. because i am facing this problem from very 1st day..

DELL — hard disk
Hi my name is Allwyn. I have purchased a dell laptop Inspiron 14 on[protected] after two weeks I had problem with my laptop. I went to the dealer where I purchased the laptop he called up dell customer service and gave complaint. After a week yesterday[protected] I received a parcel from dell contains a motherboard & a hard disc. And also they have arranged an engineer visit today[protected] morning by 10.00am. He checked my laptop and he said there is problem with the hard disc. He said he will service and fix the new hard disc. I dint allow him to do that because it’s not even a month so I told him to replace a new laptop he told me to contact the customer service. I called up customer service more than five times they put my call on hold and they disconnected my call. No proper Response, Poor customer service.
