My name is Gagandeep. And my contact number is [protected]. I'm totally fedup of Dell company because as per big name dell company has very very poor service. I don't remember how many times I made call at [protected] this number . My experience says that dell executive is not professionally trained to take call of customers even they don't know what is customer value.

45 days before I brought dell Wi-Fi keyboard mouse from sector 34 Chandigarh. The has some problem like slow detection, slow typing. sometimes it stuck off .whenever I made call to dell service centre . They said your complaint has been registered and your complaint number & request number is this .shortly you received a email . Reply on that email with invoice (bill). Our company will change your product within 2-3 working days .but that day never come............
