[Resolved]  Dell — Worst Customer Delight

Hi my name is Govind, I had purchased Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop, with in one week I got problem to my laptop that is system is freezing so I contacted technical support they couldn't solve my problem & guided me to service center so I submitted my laptop in service center & received after 5 days by reinstalling OS. On the same day I have been facing same problem so I contacted to technical team they have been escalated to escalation team after 1 week I contacted to customer care because I did not get any response they have transferred to escalation team "Mr.Harmit" He provided info that they will replace the laptop but it will take 15 to 20 days but I have not accepted for that much time & asked him to replace as soon as possible. he has asked me one day time so he will get back to me but he did not get back to me on next day after following up the customer care for 1 week he has called me & provided me the info that laptop cannot be replaced they can replace the parts for my new laptop as I remembered him my previous conversation he totally changed the topic that he has not committed for replacement of laptop he has committed only for replacement of parts I am totally shocked with his words & argued with him but he is saying same info that we can only replace the parts (Means I have to use new laptop with Spare parts change) & asked him that there is any other option he informed me that this is only option (You have purchased laptop you have to listen what I am saying that only parts can be replaced for a brand new laptop as it is a manufacturing defect also) at last I agreed for parts change because I have invested Rs 32000/- for new laptop & I should use it. The biggest mistake I have done is choosing DELL

So I request all of you to not choose DELL & do not do the mistake I have done
