Dell XCD 35 — Dell mobile service is worst in its class. Service centre is totally a waste.

I bought dell XCD 35 Mobile phone last year, Within in a year's time. The phone started giving too many problems. The phone used to get over heated, and the screen display used to hung up at times and at last the phone started mal functioning. I paid my hard-earned money of 9000 rs to buy this cell phone, within 10 months time(within guarantee) the phone became completely useless. I approached the customer care centre... they made me run from pillar to pillar, and at last found two service centres here. The best part is, both the service centres are owned by private parties, and they cooly tell is that they are no were connected with dell directly and in one, service centres the person said it will take a minimum of 4 1/2 months to 5 1/2 months to get a replacement. I was shocked to know that. I requested him to get it repaired or replaced at the earliest. The person responsible there told me so cooly that if I am in a hurry, then I have to get it repaired with the local mobile phone repair shops. I never expected dell to be sooo cheap. He also told me to check in the other service centre. At last, I reached that place, and they said a minimum of 2 1/2 is required to replace it... I am just holding my breath and waiting for a replacement for no fault of mine, since I made a big mistake in choosing a wrong companies(DELLS) phone... I handed over my cell phone to them on[protected], it is almost 2 and a half months now. In between I called them several times. They always give me fake answers & just try to convince me... during the last conversation with them over the phone they said I might get a replacement after December 15th, and even they are not sure. What should I do now, I am helpless and clueless now?
