Dell Xcd 35 — delay in providing service
I had a problem with my phone mouthpiece so I contacted the service centre on 14/08/2012 and they told u will receive a replacement for your phone in a time of one month.but I have not yet received the replacement till now.It has been approximately two months and the warranty period will get over by 26/09/2012.I have also complained the same to Dell,but they are asking for more time.
Even they have not provided me with spare phone due to which i facing problem for accessing my official mails.
Please help to shortcut the matter.
