[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. — EMI collection without disbursement of loan

I had applied a Housing loan With Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. in the name of Kamlesh Tiwari.

A sanction letter was issued by bank Showing that Rs.15,73,869/- has been sanctioned.
The other agreement & disbursement letter was held by me due to some dispute with builder
but i have issued PDC to bank.

Further neither me nor my builder received any money from DHFL & Rs. 3775/- has been debited in my
saving account on 12/5/2010 against Installment of loan without giving any information/ schedule to me.

I am shocked that how it can be possible to collect the EMI without giving any amount,
I have signed the triparty agreement on 21/5/2010 & disburshment letter on 27/05/2010 & bankers are still asking papers for disbursement of loan.

You are requested to please look into the matter
