[Resolved] Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — Unethical behaviour, charging of predatory rate of interest

I had taken a home loan from DHFL in 2010 for Rs 3867592 for a period of 20 years. Without consulting me, DHFL kept increasing the rate of interest and tenure on my loan and it is now for 24 years duration. After paying EMIs regularly for 10 years, still principal of Rs 3680551 is outstanding. It is unfathomable that half the duration has expired but the principal has only seen the reduction of less than 2 lac rupees, which is less than 5 percent. DHFL doesn't care to their customer because they offered like ghar jaisa Home loan, they will not inform to the user and charge 10.85 b% home loan interest rate ( ROI )

I really suggest to all the customers or home loan buyers not to take any loan from a private bank like DHFL.

you will not get the statement and notification to increase ROI lots of issues with the DHFL . they dont follow the RBI even they can charge even 25 % of the interest on loan
