I amIam Mr Anil Shiwgan - loan account holder of this financial institute. My
loan A/c # [protected]. Would like to inform you that I had paid my full
balance amount of my loan with ICICI Bank, Bolinze Virar Branch under loan
accounts # QZVRR[protected] (which you both have tied up together) in the
month of September 2020 for which i have received loan account closer
letter from ICICI Bank.
However, when i had submitted this letter to ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE
INSURANCE COMPANY to surrender my policy which was covered against loan
amount. They (ICICI PRODENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY) required a loan
account closer letter from you (DHFL) also against my loan account #
[protected].
I have been constantly following up ( personal visits) with your Dahisar
Branch under application # 0841463 but loan account closer letter not
received yet. I have also checked my registered email with you (
[protected]@gmail.com) but no communication received in.
Under such circumstances, kindly note iam loosing my refundable money day anil shigwan my loan account

Updated by Saroj Shigwan They are not mention DHFL LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER on securlization letter i.e [protected] i recd maill with ICICI bank loan account number that is not required. Pls fwd with proper detail on mail id [protected]@gmail.com

On behalf of him pls let me know how can i get Noc or clouser letter
