[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — Loan irrulagarlties on Top-up loan

Dear Sir & Mam,

I have been writing to DHFL for their misbehavior and unprofessional response on to my loan account number [protected].

Today again I got a call the customer representative who misbehave with me and my wife by the name of Nainesh Bohir. I want you take this seriously or I will file a case against Dhfl.

However on to my prior emails to DFHFL where I have clearly mentioned asking for resolution on my loan account .Dear DHFL team,

I have been writing to DHFL for their misbehavior and unprofessional response on to my loan account number [protected].

Today again I got a call the customer representative who misbehave with me and my wife by the name Nainesh Bohir. I want you take this seriously or I will file a case against Dhfl.

However on to my prior email where I have clearly mentioned asking for resolution on my loan account. I have informed earlier via written and oral telephonic communication to DHFL representatives stating that I was not intimated on increasing my loan tenure from 15 years tenure to 34 years tenure with taking my concent which was not ethical. As per my agreement it was for 15 years only.

Although this loan is not a home loan it was a top up loan of 6.5 lakhs from DHFL and now EMI now gone up all of a sudden approx 9 thousand to 16 thousand plus after paying for last 9 years.

I have also realized after paying for last 9 years and not a single rupees of principle is gone down where as it has increased. This is a total unethical practice and irrulagarlties in banking practice.

This is an harassment to me as a consumer and also I feel its an act of cheating to its consumer by taking undue advantage.

So, I need a resolution on the same ASAP or I will take this further to consumer court.

Just FYI I have paid the balance remaining EMI of 6600 little more of my loan account number [protected]. I have informed earlier via written and oral telephonic communication to DHFL representatives on customer care, stating that I was not intimated on increasing my loan tenure from 15 years tenure to 34 years tenure without taking my concent which was not ethical. As per my agreement it was for 15 years only as it was not a home loan but a top up loan.

Although this loan is not a home loan it was a top up loan of Rs. 6.5 lakhs from DHFL where they increase the tenure to double in terms of repayment and now the EMI has gone up all of a sudden approx 9 thousand to 16 thousand plus that too after I have been paying for last 9 years.

I have also realized after paying for last 9 years and not a single rupees of principle is gone down where as it has increased by many thousands. This is a total unethical practice and irrulagarlties in banking practice directed by RBI.

This is an comete harassment to me as a consumer and also I feel its an act of cheating to its consumer by taking undue advantage.

So, I need a resolution on the same ASAP or I am taking this further to consumer court accumulating all unsatisfied consumer.

Please help me find a resolution.
