My name is PIYUSH KANTILAL MAKWANA. my dhfl loan code is 00007742. i have taken loan from your JUNAGADH dhfl branch. and applied for pmay clss scheme on 16th march 2018. but till date subsidy and clss detail not received. when im calling to customer care, they only neglecting to give proper answer and telling me to submit the documents. when i applied for pmay that time i have submitted the documents. now they are demandig the documents and not submitting the documents to NHB. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and phone number is [protected] please let me inform that my pmay subsidy is going to sanction or not. I take home loan from dhfl on 17/05/2017 and i pay 54 instalment without fail now i want to settlement one time but as branch office they told me no any amount deduction in your principal amount so you can pay all your principal amount for one time settlement
