[Resolved] DHFL — About Processing Fee. | |||
Dear Sir, I take loan of Rs. 408312 but as per condition the processing fee will be 1% . So processing fee will be 4083.12, but the Chakan DHFL Branch Person take Rs.6015 rupees from me.Even i ask them as per your condition the processing fee will 1% ,but that person answer that it is minimum fee .Plz take necessary action on them. I am Ajit Vishram Padyal herewith complainting you, about your companies DSA’s Sales Executive ( Hema – [protected] ) & Sr Executive( Umesh Jani – [protected] ) of Virar Branch misbehaviour & misguidance about your loan policy.
As per my conversation with your Sales Executive Hema that you will do my home loan as charging procession fees of Rs. 5515/- which I had Paid you by cheque in favour of “Deewan Housing Finance Ltd” wide Ch.No. 376107 of “Abhyudaya Co Op Bank Ltd”. Which was cleared on 21.12.2010, as my file is get cancelled by your agency. I had already submitted my documents containing ( My Original Pay Slip for the months of Sep’10, Oct’10 & Nov’10 & a Single Blank Cheque No. 376108, zerox copies of my ration card & Light Bill etc.) to your sales executive Hema & till it is with your agency.
I am herewith request you to refund my Amount of Rs. 5515/- & my documents which was till with you as my file was cancelled so do the needful as early as possible.
