[Resolved]  DHFL - Home Loan — Lack of Business Ethics and no customer service

Dewan Housing Finance Limited lack business ethics and customer service. LOAN A/C 5839

I have taken loan from DHFL becuase my builder informed that the project is already approved and it will be fast in processing. Since then I am in soup.
1) The staff do not have etiquette. They think all are defaulters. Even before loan sanction they were very rude while collecting the documents. I thought the problem is only that particular individual.
2) My loan was fixed for two years and later floating. The fixed loan was calculated from the date of sanction and without intimation they migrated to new rate and started collecting new EMI through blank chq. When enquired they said it was mistake.
3) They charge you for their mistakes of not presenting the chq on time.
4) They have understanding with most of the builders and disburse the amount without completing the work or even in some case starting the work. The preEMI interest is to customers.
5) When compared to intrest, they change very high rate. currently it is 15.5%. More than personal rate.
6) DHFL interest rate is variable to customer to customer.
7) Even after giving ECS when the EMI rate is changed they charge as per their calculation and some late charges / penality is levied.
8) I have given ECS without mentioning any amount limit. but they claim as per their calculation and also charge differential amount with penality and late fee. Just cannot understand their calculation.
9) They cannot give provisional certificate for IT on time as most of the time systems are not not working.
10) Today I am stuck with paying high intrest rate and house is also not completed as builder got his money without completing and I cannot transfer the loan to other bank as house is not completed.
11) I feel RBI should intervien and check this irregulairty.

I ADVICE ALL NOT TO GO FOR ANY LOAN WITH DHFL. THEY ARE REAL BLOOD SUCKERS.....
