DHL — parcel not yet delivered

Dear sir Now it over 10days i had not received the parcel by ems the tracking code is ee[protected]cn the tracking details shows it still with customs i dont know what is happening it arrived to mumbai customs on 2nd september 2009 but still they hadnt released the parcel as per the tracking record neither they informed me about the same. Dear sir

I was expecting my parcel by ems which was sent from cn on 29 / 08 / 2009 ems tracking no ee[protected]cn
Now more then 8 days are past but not yet delivered i dont know what exactly is it speed post or something else
