[Resolved] Dish TV — Recharge Problem | |
We are using dish tv service from last 18months but we are not satisfied regarding recharge process. We are facing late recharge for 2-3days every time. Customer care numbers given by company are never give sufficient support & we are loosing minimum our balance Rs.15-20 each & every time WITHOUT GETTING ANY RESULT. This time we have recharge our account by Rs.125/- before 2days.but till the date our service is interrupted and Please recharge your accounts to get this service. Due to this problem we are going to think an another option e.g. Airtel, Reliance,TATA Sky etc. Was this information helpful? | |

I have purchased dish tv connection on 15th June 2014 and as per scheme, i have to recharge the connection after two and a half month. But on 02.08.14, i have received a SMS from your side that today your last day for recharge the same. My details are as follows.

it is requested to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
