Sir, my name is pradeep sharma. I have purchases a dish tv connection. My vc no .Is[protected] and my mobile no is [protected]. I recharge my account on dated 06/03/2010 for the period of 02 months. But dish tv company has register my mobile no. To another person who is same name i.E. Pradeep sharma and its vc no. Is[protected]. So my recharcge payment is credit to this person. Sir i requested to please look into the matter and refund my money into my account i.E. Vc no.[protected] and take necessary action to dish tv company. And also intimate to my e-mail address i.E. I am DISH TV customer and most of the time it does not work and my recharge date not show in message in my setup box, and not in my mobile, so my mobile no [protected] & [protected]. please again recharge date send massage in my mobile.and email id [protected]@rediffmail.com.channel not proper working and many channel nahi atha hai.my VC no [protected]
