[Resolved]  Dish TV — Registred my mobile number not to me

Sir, my name is pradeep sharma. I have purchases a dish tv connection. My vc no .Is[protected] and my mobile no is [protected]. I recharge my account on dated 06/03/2010 for the period of 02 months. But dish tv company has register my mobile no. To another person who is same name i.E. Pradeep sharma and its vc no. Is[protected]. So my recharcge payment is credit to this person.
Sir i requested to please look into the matter and refund my money into my account i.E. Vc no.[protected] and take necessary action to dish tv company. And also intimate to my e-mail address i.E. [protected]@yahoo.Co.In

Hello.
Actually i have the dishtv reciever and my vc number is [protected].i am facing one problem since 1 month.In my colors channel number 111, i am getting the message mentioning, my colors channel is going to be disconnect from 1st december 2013.i have send the message to 57575 from my india mobile number.but still the same message is coming in colors channel.we need the colors channel at any cost.plz give me the solution for it.
