I subscribed to Dish tv services on 31.03.2009 with 100 days package.

We were offered a complete package of all channels for initial 100 days

extremely bad service of dish TV DTH

On dt. 19.03.2010 I send a massege to 57575 for UTV code no 2205 of Rs. 50 (Ala card). My V.C.no. is [protected] and mobile no. is [protected] and [protected]. The Ala card no. which I had sent is[protected] and code no. is 1065. The conformation report was also delivered on my mobile no. [protected]. But the chennel is still not activated. I call to customer care and conversation goes till 30 minites. But no results are still.

But dish tv company has register my mobile no. To another person who is same name i.E. Pradeep sharma and its vc no. Is[protected]. So my recharcge payment is credit to this person.

RECHARGE DATE REDUCED

I have recharged my Dish TV account with VC No [protected] on 29 Januaray 2010 for silver pack. I have made a online payment for 3 months Rs 375/-. I received a message stating that your transaction has been declined to avoid the disconnection I made a second time payment on the same date by selecting ZRZR offer and selected 2 Ala cart packs. I have given a call to the customer care for the same and they replied that they have not received...

I already paid Rs250 for two months only for silver pack. But my dish tv next recharge date is not proper.

I am Dilip Kumar Sadhu. My VC number is [protected]. I rechaged my dishtv with Rs250 for silver pack for two months on 02/03/2010. But, my next renewal date is 31/03/2010.
Therefore,i hope that you will take an action soon....

STB problem

I have lodge complain for Card refress error and Channel hang. after geting service and charging approx. Rs. 350. my Set top box is totally fail and now i cant watch TV for Single channel.
Service center said your STB is not repairable and you have to purchse new STB by Rs. 1590/-. very poor quality product from DishtV

we have recharged of rs 2000 to dish tv. our complain is that they are not showing that our amount balance on our tv screen.

Payment

I have made a payment of Rs.400 towards the recharge of Dish TV renewal on 18th Feb 2010 thru netbanking. The complaint number is 34522832, VC num: [protected]
The due date was 23rd Feb 2010. I still get reminders that the payment is due for recharge. I have been following the Dish TV Customer care since 19th Feb 2010 and there is no proper response.
I mailed the DishTV CC even and sent the screen print of the payment made....

Dish tv deactivate before expiry period. Payment done still dish tv not activate.

deactivation of services before time

im a user of dis tv.my vlc no is [protected],i activated silver plan in oct.i paid 750 rs for 6 month.a mesg just i got on my tv screen that next renewal date is 12 march,but at 18 feb my tv screen show need to recharge first.nw when i called customer care they told that you activated some pack.but i never activeted any pack from my side.even the mobile number also nt in use from month now,from which they say i activated pack....

sir, when we buy a new dish tv we told if we are not countinue dishtv subsripition they ask us no problem u have to continouing FTA, FREE TO AIR CHANNELS, BUT WHEN WE INSERTED SMART CARD IN TO SET TOP BOX THEY WILL TOLD US RECHARGE THE SERVICE.SO I WANT TO KNOW WHY THEY BLOCKED FREE TO AIR CHANNELS. We have a Dish TV connection at home in the name of Abishek Narayanan at
56C Rajagopalan Salai, Valasaravakkam, Chennai 600087 with the VC

I bought a Dish TV itz cash card from the local agent (Omega enterprises,
Valasaravakkam) worth Rs.700 on Jan 22, 2010. The card bears a number S[protected]. While scratching to get the Account No and Password the number got damaged as the paper pealed off...

Extra charges for no logical reason

-- Dish TV charges Rs. 20/- if re-charge is done after expiry of 1st subscription.
-- Dish TV charges Rs. 40/- if a customer downgradrs his current package to a lower one, for example form Gold to Silver.

Both the above amounts look small but Dish TV is making money at the expanse of customers. My prespective for both the above items:

Inappropriate recharge and overcharging by Dish TV dealer Dhareshwar Electronics

Hi,

I am using Dish TV (VC No. [protected]). I had recharged my account with Rs 600/- on 10-Dec-2009 from Dish TV dealer Dhareshwar Electronics, Subhanpura, Vadodara, Gujarat, in which Rs 500/- was given for Silver package for four months and Rs 100/- was for Colors channel. All these details were specified on the receipt, which have with me even today. I can produce it as and when required.

software problems

Sir,
I ma a dish tv custemer since July 2005 and my VC NO-[protected]. Since than dish tv changed his set top box softwaer and many updates are coming and every time I have to visit the dealer for up date by paying Rs-250/- and it has become the routine task of dish tv. I am responsible for only hardware if it is damaged due to to any reason not for any software change as it the responsibility of dish tv.

My VC No.[protected]. I made a online payment of Rs.250/- for recharge of my dish TV account on 14.10.2009 (8.38am). Actually it went like this-
I opened the website www.dishtv.in
I selected to make online payment.
I selected to make the payment through normal ITZ cash card.
Then there came four choice of Dish TV Gold Pack (Rs.250/- was the minimum option).
I chose the Rs.250/- option and entered the account...
