[Resolved]  Dish TV — Registred my mobile number not to me

Sir, my name is pradeep sharma. I have purchases a dish tv connection. My vc no .Is[protected] and my mobile no is [protected]. I recharge my account on dated 06/03/2010 for the period of 02 months. But dish tv company has register my mobile no. To another person who is same name i.E. Pradeep sharma and its vc no. Is[protected]. So my recharcge payment is credit to this person.
Sir i requested to please look into the matter and refund my money into my account i.E. Vc no.[protected] and take necessary action to dish tv company. And also intimate to my e-mail address i.E. [protected]@yahoo.Co.In

Previously on 06/12/2012, to 06/02/2013, I have deactivated my child connection for 2 months (referred mail dated06/12/2012 for deactivation of child connection). Your system is not updated, that is why you have charged the amount of Rs.997/- for the said period.
