[Resolved]  DishTV India — NON-ACCESSIBILITY OF 'ONLINE RENEWAL' FACILITY THROUGH CREDIT CARD

I am an existing subscriber of DISHTV INDIA. My VC No. is [protected]. Since last five days I am trying hard to renew my subscription on-line through Credit Card. Each time, the required page for giving Bank & Credit Card details does not open and as a result, I can not pay my renewal. Interestingly, instead of acknowledging their fault and taking corrective measures, they advise me to check with Bank for my Credit Card condition.

Earlier also I had experienced same thing. It may be presumed that DISHTV India is run by a very bureaurocratic and complacent attitude, does not bother much for customers. In this regard, several e-mails were sent, but they have never replied.

Don't do the mistake of putting your money on DISH TV. I took a 2 tv connection for Rs 7999 and suffereing immensely. So far i have lost 51 days of service in last 6 months and currently both my tv connections have stopped working.

Please try TATA or HATHWAY or locl cable

few dadys ago, i just recharge my vc card. but my dist anttena is not set . so i want know about my no is recharge r not charge. my vc no is [protected] (rajnish r sunil)

This is a major problem with this company. They waste unnecessary time of the viewers with boasting on easy recharge and simply advertise their ETZ cards. for last one week using various actors and film stars. They even do not complete the details in "my space" which is mostly found with zero figures. I am trying to recharge my own TV which was last recharged on 14.02.2008 for one year as a maxi subscriber. Today they have totally disconnected me from the broadcast. I wanted to recharge it online. To day I am seriously thinking of shifting myself to some other service lilke "BIG TV" or SUN TV" which much cheaper also.
your website is not working in pakistan and we couldnot be able to recharge the payment from your web site, Solve this problem as soon as possible
i m very dissapointed with myself that i have taken a dishtv box
last month i renewed my package for 30 days and it lasted only 27 days
there is very rare chance that i can recharge through your site because it has always an error logging in.
so please look in this matter or i have to go to consumer court to complain about this cheting done to me.

My half yearly subscription ends on 22nd May 2009. I remited renewal fee for yearly suscription of Rs.3600/- as demanded by your authorised agent M/S Samantar Sales and Services Pvt., Ltd., Ahmedabad vide their receipt No.108 dt.07.04.2009. I asked them to continue the existing package for which they informed that the amount was calculated for the same.
To day on the screen I am getting the information that only Rs.1800/- was remitted by me. How ever the next renewal date was mentioned as 22.05.2010 correctly.
Further the Telugu Channels of Maa TV, Gemini net work, Sun net work which I am getting previously are now not comming and the comment was " CONDITIONAL ACCESS".
May I request you to look into the matter, confirm receipt of Rs.3600/- and resume telecast of all the previous package channels immediatelt. S.R.M.Sarma Ph: [protected]

yes, i agree to that, even i am trying to renew my account through credit card, but dint find any option, evey time its headache.last time i bought oxgen card, but renewing that is big headache, called dishtv customer care, they asked me to send sms, and evey sms cost rs.6 i guess.like that 4 sms i sent, after that also, they dint renew, they said, some spelling error, i sent sms according to their instructins.like that i lost somuch money while continuously sending sms.its better to shift to cable, than dishtv, they charge huge price, for maxi, in that money we can subscribe 2 months local cable .

Its a worst services ...we don't have option of recharging through online by credit card ...i never struggle so much to do my Job ...but i struggle to recharge DISH tv ...i want get out of it ...#%$$#^#$

I have dealer id 131631. Someone stolen my set up box. My mobile no. is
