[Resolved] DishTV — Bad Service | |||
Dear Sir, I have Purchased Dish TV DTH VC # [protected] in the year 2008 and I'm facing Alignment problem every twice a year( major problem in monsoon). After re- installation the position of DTH again I'm facing the same problem. Every time the technician comes at my place and do the repairing work and charges the amount of 150 + taxes, its not the amount of money we pay but its about the service they provide every time with the problem we face every year. Again on 1st Jan 2012 around 8:30PM we see SIGNAL NOT FOUND. On 6the Jan i have SMS DISHTV CALL ME and they have called me at 10:49 AM i have made the complaint and they says you have to pay the amount for the service they provide at home which I'm against paying the amount due to the problem which occurs always after they repair it. I am not at all satisfied with the Customer care service and the Distributor of dishTV.
I Discontinued my 3 year old Tatasky DTH + Returned the new Airtel connection and got the DishTV connection thinking that I will get a better Service but I am very sorry to say that it has been been the worst DTH experience.
It's 6 days now, my account has not been activated. I called the customer care and everyday I got the same answer - "We have received your mail & forwarded it to the concern department for action" but nothing has happened till now. Twice, I was assured that my connection will be activated in next 24 hours. I waited 96 hours and nothing happened.
I have emailed 3-4 times to the south Zonal Managers - [protected]@DISHTV.COM & [protected]@DISHTV.COM. No reply from these guys. I don't know why they are not activating my connection.

My dishtv is receiving any signal from 26 apr 09 we requested to resolve this problem at 28 apr 09.Many time I’ve inform to customer care dishtv representative through phone and mail but nobady has responding regarding this.
If today 01 May 09 you will not resolve please donot send any tech tomorrow will Ask to consumer court ([protected] ) against Dishtv Radhika Aneja and Gourav Bhasker because your service is fraudulent.
