DMRC staff is really useless and third grade. even the customer care people and drivers, maintenance staff is also useless. when you talk to them in english, they are not able to answer.
i think DMRC recruitment staff took bribe from RICKSHAW pullers and provided them these jobs.
these biharis always show BHAI-CHARA when ever you make any complaint.
the best way is - write a complaint in presence of station controller or .station controller and provide them your address. they will answer you in written at your address and then your can put a case against them.
and simple way is - talk in english, ye bihari waise hi ghabra jayenge.
