Domestic Gas — Not transferring Name from my late Father
We are having HP Gas connection bearing Consumer no 644/3, SV no 054968, Date[protected], in my father name Suryanarayana.M, Palakol Town, W.G.Dist, A.P. my Father expaired on 18-11-97, After that I am asking the name change to me from my father. Happy Home Gas Company, Palakol, people are giving me trouble in giving consumer card, issuing gas, and name change also to aquire some amount(i.e)Rs 1000/- 3000/- as un otherised income to satisfy their regular cheeting policy.My cell no is [protected]. Domestic Gas — Non functioning of your Toll Free No. & Landline numbers of your Distributor
Regret to point out that your Toll Free No. 1712 is non operative and is temporarily out of service. Also your Distributors Numbers - Dammo Enterprises, 64A, DDA Flats, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi 95 are impossible to reach. MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 23810 AND I NEED MY GAS CYLINDER BOOKED.CAN YOU DO IT FOR A CUSTOMER AND ARRANGE DELIVERY ON PRIORITY.

Previously we were getting usage of ONE cylinder for 3 months and more.
Nowadays the cylinder does not last for more than a month approximately.
The flame is also weak by anew cylinder.I suspect mixing of air with the gas
while filling in the bottling plant.
Request you kindly to depute an Inspector to redress my complaint.

Domestic Gas — delivery is not satisfactory
sir, i have not received gas since last 30 days of last delivery . my consumerno. is 2665, i m rajesh from katni m.p.Domestic Gas — delivery is very poor

Domestic Gas — No reply to phone booking
My consumer no. is 36001 and is in the name of my husband Mr. Anirban Ghose. I am a resident of Dwarka, New Delhi and my agent is Jai Jawan Gas Service Dwarka.I have been try to book the domestic gas cylinder for the past few days over the phone. There is no respnse to the phone call. All the numbers available to me keeps ringing. It had been frustrating and turned into concern as I shall be left without cooking gas if the gas is not available to me immediately.
Kindly look into the matter .

Domestic Gas — Non receipt of filled bottle even after one month
Dear Sir,I have one domestic gas connection with a consumer connection No. 16589 with M/s. Fortune Indane Services, at Neendor, Ernakulam dist, Kerala. I have booked refilling of empty bottle on 16th March 2009. But unfortunately till date I have not received the filled bottle as on today (20th April 2009). When I enquired with the agency, they are just cutting the phone even without hearing from our end.
When I talk the same with some of my friends, they have also the same expereance.
You are requested to please advise the agency to deliver the filled cylinder maximum within 2 weeks time. Also advise them to behave with the customer in a proper manner.
Awaiting your proper action on this matter.

Domestic Gas — Cylinder(Refill) not delivered
Dear sir,In the above concerned subject, i have to say that i have booked for the CYLINDER on 09th April 2009, at HENA ENTERPRISES, Gaya(Bihar). And aslo made several reminder in person. Result is that after passing of 40 days, i have not got the same.Also i have to say that this is a usual problem which we are facing from a long time and thus we got only 5 to 6 cylinder in a year
So kindly consider my matter at provide the cylider at soon.

Domestic Gas — Gas cylinder weight not proper and miss behaviour of delivery boy
Dear Sir/Madam,My consumer no.SA972 and I am a resident of 19, North Vijay Nagar Colony, Agra (Uttar Pradesh) (My cell No. is [protected]) M/s Sita Gas Service (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg to 5kg in each cylinder , when i said to delivery boy he answed that he repled in rudeway, only have those cylinder and also said that if you have need to take it otherwise cancel the booking. When i said to delare ,he not answering proper and also not take action on it till now.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.
Domestic Gas — Cyber harrasment-late delivery & delay in supply
Sun Gas Coimbatore is not fit to be in the industry of Service especially domestic Gas, as their fleet of staff are not able to address their customers ( their daily bread) in a respectful manner especially elders and senior citizens.Last supply in the month of December took more than 40 days and the date of supply dispatched was 20th December but the delivery man supplied only on 23rd of December. Who will take action?
This time it is already38 days when can we expect"? This happens every time in Sun Gas only. We have friends and relatives all around the city and they receive their cylinder in less than 15days.
We are a totally disappointed crowd with SUN GAS COIMBATORE. Kindly help us.

Last month,28 Mar 2012. I have booked a cylinder with M/S C Lal & Sons Kashmeri Gate Delhi. My consumer number is 24904. The same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

Domestic Gas — non supply of gas
my gas connection number is RD 3017 and i am residing at B58, sheetal apartments, sector, 14, rohini, delhi-85.i have the connection for around 25 yearsi book gas on tel no 1260, waiting number is given, but no gas is supplied. when computer starts taking request for fresh refil, we again get a waiting number from number 1260, but again no supply.
dealer simply does not lift receiver.once he lifted mobile and assured gas shjall be supplied in 2 days, but now many days have passed.
