[Resolved] DT Cinemas — lack of professionalism | |
i chose to catch a movie in DT cinemas chandigarh It park, as per my experience it was a waste of precious money and time. i have the following complaints from the above mentioned multiplex. * they start the movie as soon as the gate of the cinema opens, they will not let you settle down before staring the movie, the first crucial 15 minutes of the movie was lost in the crowd as that 15 minutes told the main prologue of the story on which all movie is based. * secondly i went to see the movie named TRANSFORMERS which was released on 10th of july, i went to see it on 12th of july but the print was not good at all, you can literally see lines and spots on the screen and moreover the picture was also blurr. we go to see movie on a multiplex as we want to have a better cinema experience, but the experience youu get in this particular cinema is nothing more then a local cinema hall which shows the same quality of the movie in lesser rates. kindly see in the matter and help me out. thank u rachit sharma Was this information helpful? | |

DT people are very much aware of this misrepresenting of themselves by poorly placed staff.
Staff is not trained for customer service and do not know how to manage their tickets also.
I also faced similar problem and called their corporate office for the same. I spoke to one Mr. Monty and he was very understanding because we are middle class people we want to watch movie only sometimes because our busy schedule is such that in this recession it is very much possible that 1500 rupees fly off even if you step outside the house parking is also so expensive. Mr. Monty is very young blood my dear type of person he understand all problem of family people and he gave free ticket for any movie of his choice.
Please call their corportate office in new delhi and ask for refund otherwise you will threaten to write to newspaper and such sites like https://www.consumercomplaints.in and they will give you free ticket and meal voucher.

DT cinemas — wrong commitment
movie wasband baja baraat and person giving tkts told me it was gold tkt and as my reqmt was away from screen . I specifically asked him to give tkt of back block as these dt ppl sell silver also claiming gold.the clerk cfmd me it was back block and when i went inside it was lower block and despite my protests to sr staff i was treated badly. since i was with my family i had to bear the brunt. tkt nos 17/071148 to 151 thursday 23 dec. their printer is so bad u cant even read seat nos
