[Resolved]  DT Cinemas — insensitive behaviour

This is regarding a complain of your staff member at Dt cinemas Chandigarh who was at duty at 22.05 timings show of ZNMD movie yesterday at screen 3 (18 July 2011), the person was a sikh and he claimed himself as the manager there.
I went to saw the movie with my family, we waited outside the screen area till 22.30 whereever the timings for the show was 22.05, I asked the person standing there the reason for the delay in starting the show, he said nothing and went inside, again after 5-10 mins he came outside, on again asking this thing he said me to go inside when I went inside I heard him stating me as stupid as I can't wait outside for next few min's when I turned back and asked him for the reason of saying such thing about myself he started abusing me in front of my family and when I asked for the manager there he claimed himself as the manager out there and said whatever I can do can do about him, he said he is not afraid of any senior management and I can do whatever I want to do.
That was a very embarassing situation for me and my family.
I never gone through such type of experienec in my entire life, that was a shock of my life.
I request to take this ver seriously as this will at the end spoil the image of the brand also and who wants to come to a place where in place of hospitality to be served staff serves humility and disrespect.
