Sir/Madam
This mail is to bring to your kind notice a fraudulent transaction at ticket counter at DT mall, Chandigarh on 1st September, 2012.
Two o[censored]s went to watch “Ek tha Tiger” at the multiplex at 19: 15 hours and were informed that only 2 seats are available in second row of premium category. The staff at counter swiped the card for Rs 220 vide transaction number[protected] without blocking the seats for 20:25 show. Minutes after swiping the card he told us that someone who also has access to the booking system has blocked the seats desired by us. We enquired about the debit through the card and were informed that amount will not be debited from the account and returned the debit card. No receipt for the transaction was produced and signed by me.
Since we could not get the desired seats, we left the mall and went to Fame Cinema and watched the movie. After half an hour we got the message from the bank about Rs 220 being deducted from the account.
This e-mail is intended to inform the concerned authorities to refund the fraudulently debited amount and take strict action against the staff responsible for harassing the customers unnecessarily. Was this information helpful? |
