I am virender singh and i am student i daily make up down from DWARAKA MORE METRO STATION to NAJAGARH.
today the above mentioned route no bus having registeration no. as DL 1P B6139, I am so disappintoted the behaviour of conductor even he using abuse language, he trying to hit me.
the incident take place over DWARAKA MORE METRO Station where i board the above mentions bus,
that bus was LTD. (minimum FARE 10 Rs), i gave him 5 coins suddenly he started shouted over me and raise his hand to hit me, (thank god some good commuter scold over him), i already gave him 100 Rs note to purchase the ticket the ticket no (25626 / 329)
i just want to know can authority take actions against that such kind of CONDUCTORS who have no sence to talk even they ready to fight with students...
same on conductor pls sir, take the actions against him and pls reply me by mail i[censored] please sir...

The behaviour of Bus Conductor and Driver of DTC AC Bus starts around at 9.15 A.M. from Houz Khas towards Shivaji Stadium is not good towards the passengers. Instead of managing things in pleasing/comfortable manner or to the convenience of the consumers/passengers, they both behaved like a regulator. Some time in peak hours when bus is over packed/crowed and passengers are not able to reach ahead to get down and requested conductor/driver to open the rear gate, they never acceded to the request of the passengers, instead telling them to follow rules and advised them to go through the rush and reach ahead. These are small things and can be managed/accommodated through common sense easily instead of advising passengers to strictly follow rules. However, Conductors never follows rules to distribute tickets on the seat of the passenger. It is therefore, suggested to advice the drivers and conductor of the AC bus to help the passengers and make their journey comfortable.

I traveled from Karampura to Chemical bus stoppage opposite of Audi Showroom. Said bus drivers not stopped at Chemical stopped and ruff language with me and told i will not stopped at the time was approx 9.35 AM. Tkt No-87806. Veh No DL1PC 0949

At the office time so i stopped next stoppage and getting late to come in office. Please take action of said drivers.

Also bring to your noticed that at this route from mandi house to Delhi gate services are very poor and passengers are waiting for long time to take this route services .I'm ask question to you why driver and conductor not stopped the bus at Mandi house bus stand. While i was travelling in the dtc bus route number 33 at 5:05 pm in nand nagri on date 9th nov, 14.Suddenly the has stopped bus without informing anybody.Everybody was worried what happened.after 10 minutes somebody asked the driver about the problem.He was ignoring all.
After 15 minutes a mechanic came there along with condutor.Condutor said, the emergency door of the bus was not working properly.so a person has been called to repair it..he started repairing the door.that time some people told driver to arrange other bus for the suffers.he said "ji khud roko dusri bud aur chadh jao usme"
No other bus drivers were ready to help us, AFTERALL THEY ALL WERE DTC BUS DRIVER..
After 45 minutes when nothing helped us and the door was not repaired too.Everybody had started shouting on the conductor then somehow he realised his mistake..and the was agreed to move the bus..the bus number was DL1pc-8438.
What sort of services are they providing.when there is no value for the time of their customers.
I ASKED OUR GOVERNMENT WHEN DTC'S WORKER WILL CHANGE THEIR ATTITUDE.

Today the above mentioned route no bus having registeration no. as DL 1P C6816, I am so disappintoted the behaviour of conductor even he using abuse language, he trying to hit me.HE SNATCHED MY MONEY.

The incident take place AT SOUTH EX- where i board the above mentions bus,
that bus was LTD. (minimum FARE 15 Rs), i gave him 30RS. suddenly he started shouted over me and raise his hand to hit me, (thank god some good commuter scold over him), i already gave him 100 Rs note to purchase the ticket the ticket no (25626 / 329)

Subject: regarding the misbehaviour of the conductor and rash driving of the bus.

This is regarding the bus no . DL 1P C 8706 which was entering the service road where already metro work was goin on.
The bus was at ring road rajouri garden in front of the marble market.
The bus driver took the bus in service lane which is not allowed. And when everyone told him he was wrong then the bus driver and conductor used abusive words and rude behaviour towards the people which had ladies and kids as well.
We would like u to take strict actions against them. This happened around 12.18 pm.

This is regarding autocrat and irresponsible attitude of Driver of DTC Bus No.C-7567 (Badge No.23646) on rout No.764 today on 13/3/2015 at 8.30 AM.

I board DTC Bus at DTC Terminal Najaf Garh daily and get down at DTC Bus Stand Ayudh Vihar Sector-13 in Front of Aastha Kunj for about a year. To day I boarded Bus No. C-7567 and as usual asked the Driver to stop the Bus at above Bus stand. The Driver refused to do so saying that it is not the Bus Stand for his bus. I asked why it is not for this DTC Bus. He in a challenging language asked me to note his contact number and lodge complaint against him anywhere. I finally requested him to at least look at my age and stop the Bus. I am a senior citizen completing 69. He somehow stopped the bus but while I was getting down, he warned me not to board his bus as he will not stop the bus in future. I reported this matter to Sh. Dharam Singh Time Keeper at DTC Terminal immediately on telephone after getting down the Bus at 08.39 AM

Sir, it is a matter of concern that the commuters who are paying for each travel are humiliated and treated as if they are at the mercy of DTC staff. Is there any compulsion to keep such irresponsible bad hats in public service for harassing and humiliating the public?

A common man is helpless. However, this is with the hope of appropriate action against the errant Driver. In fact screening is required in DTC to identify such staff and to remove them from public service.

The DTC bus service of the route Nos. 620 and 680 is very poor particularly in morning/office-goinghours. There is no bus in these routes between 8.00 A.M. to 8.30 A.M. One bus in route No. 620 starts from Haz Khas Station at 8.30 A.M. and office goers have found it difficult to reach their offices in time. Meanwhile, Charter bases of these routes are making money by plying their buses in these routes in busy hours (between 8.00 to 9.00 AM) and DTC is losing the revenues of rush hours.
DTC management is requested to rationalize/fix the frequency of the buses in these routes especially in the morning and evening hours to get maximum revenues of rush hours and also help the general public of this route.

I want to file a complaint against the Driver of DTC Bus Number 8439 of route No.33
The Bus driver do not stops the bus on Bus Stand over the Durgapuri Flyover also he arguments and talk rudely with passengers
This causes a lot of inconvience for people as the next bus stand is very far
That's why I request you to take a strong action against him
I will highly obliged if I get proper response against this complain.

The buses terminating at Ambedkar stadium has been extended up to Delhi Secretariat. Majority of buses goes after dropping the passengers at the stoppage of Delhi secretariat but AC buses or buses having one or two left passengers take turn just after Red light (leaving Ambedkar stadium) to its resting place. Please check and instruct suitably.

I'm Arun and I come to Janakpuri on weekends so I boarded the DTC AC bus at Vikaspuri Crossing. I gave the conductor 20 rupees and asked him for ticket for Peeragarhi. He handed me a 20 rupee ticket. I told him that the ticket should be of 15 rupee as I travel on this route frequently.He just ignored my plea and acted arrogantly. Even thought it's about just 5 rupee but every penny matters. I wonder if this is just and any action can be taken against him. In the same bus, the driver was abusive too. He abused on minor issues.

On 3rd Dec we were on our Car coming from Azadpur and a bus driver was driving wrong side and driving dangerously.When i'll stop him and tell about there mistake then speak abuse language with me in front of my family.I really manage to save three times because the driver continuously driving right side of the road and also very fast.I'll attach the video of the bus and bus no and route number also.

Respected Sir/Madam,

Yesterday (31/03/2016) afternoon I was travelling by bus route no. 165A (RED A.C. BUS) (Rohini Depot - 4) from BHAJANPURA to KARNAL BYPASS at 12:45 pm. I gave Rs. 100 to conductor. for Rs. 20 ticket. He gave me "Ticket No.[protected]" and said that i dnt have change so i will give you before you reach your destination. When I was near to destination I asked conductor to return the left over amount Rs. 80 from the fare. He lied on my face straightway and talked in very Unpleasant manner. It seemed that he did not knew how to talk with girls. After all this hussle and bustle he did not gave me money. So I got down when the ticket expired. Whole of this situation wasted my money and time.
I called on DTC helpline number for intimate about the conductor. Helpline noted My complaint and gave me complaint no. 1066 (dated 31/12/2016).
Matter is not that Rs. 80/- is a big amount But behaviour and legal compliance is expected. Kindly take an action looking forward your justifiable and expeditious action. I also uploded Photo Of conductor and my ticket.

Bus Route no-419 and 423
I am regular passenger of DTC bus route no. 419 and 423 Khanpur to ITO for the last Twenty years. I inform you that last Six month bus not coming in evening time 6pm. to 8pm. This is the only DTC Bus which runs on this route and for the SIX months, This is regarding the bus complaint of route no.419, Khanpur to Old Delhi Railway Station and Mori Gate and Kashmiri Gate. There are few DTC buses in this route. Mainly in the office time like 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the evening. this bus has stopped running, not coming for what reasons I don, t know. There are so many Office Staff, students and other daily passenger...
I am a student of ARSD college that college is under of Delhi university . .when I travelling from my home to college there is no service of 604 buses in vasant kunj area but only red bus come over there and I have a pass of green bus what can I do ?most of green buses goes to DAV school that is so beared I suggested you to replace green bus to red bus in schools and other public people don't suffer problem so that I telling .utg

Sir,

May I draw your kind attention to few lines of my complain about misbehavior of conductor with the regular user of esteemed DTC Buses.

On the date 13 July 2017 at 8:55 AM, the bus route No. 460 down and the bus registration No. is DL -1P-C-5295

This situation originated on the day with a passenger by conductor, he used too much violate rubbish and abusive language that a civilized person never use in his hole life.

When an another passenger tries to stop him then he used same thing with him that scenario was really disgusting that I never seen in my life.

The real matter was for this nuisance for change the currency (Rs. 5) which was totally ruptured given by the conductor .

When the passenger asks for change the money he extremely denies for the change of money.
It was too bad experience in my life, I am using DTC regularly, but never seen this type of nuisance that was happened with us like the private conductors uses with their passengers because they are not literate and civilized, but we never expected to DTC Staff, then what is difference between with DTC and STA.

The main thing was that when we ask for complain book to the conductor, he denies to give and threaten and there was no any cooperation by driver with us.

This nuisance stopped when was interrupted in this matter and took that currency to him.

I will highly obliged if I get proper response and action against this complain to retain my faith with DTC and their Staff.
