[Resolved]  DTC — Complaint against DTC bus Conductor

I have a complaint for bus no.392 route from Dhaula Kua to Noida Sec 62 in the time of Noon (1.15 PM 2.15 PM) frequency is very poor and people are facing big problem on daily basis. In This time not any bus come because when bus come after 2:15 pm, all people are getting late and heavy crowd in bus. Bus no 392, never come on time. It is always delay from given timing minimum 25/30 minutes in morning at 8 am.

I request you to please increase the frequency of 392 no. bus in Noon time (1.15 PM-2.15 PM), so people will never face these types of problem.

I hope you understand the people problem and take action against this matter.

How poor bus service you guys giving to delhi!
I am facing Everyday long waiting for bus at rajouri garden market bus stop for 479,
Sometime i have to wait for aprox 1/2 an hour some time it became 1hour and today it's not coming. From last 1and 1/2 hour.
I don't even think about such Pathatic service of your bus route!!
No time schedule no management!!!

I traveled in route no 33 Noida to Bhajanpura route bus ... Bus numbers is DL-1P C-1506.. on 15 Jan 2019 means today ... Took bus from dallupura to Ghazipur village bus stop but after dallupura stop driver didn't stop bus at any stop and he done very rash driving and doing race with another 33 bus number when I ask him to stop the bus on Ghazipur stop because I buy ticket for that stop only and I need to take another bus from there so driver insult me infront of all passengers and he didn't stop bus and dropped me at Anand vihar stop directly... All passengers shouted at that time but he didn't stop bus...
Very rediculous driver . He didn't have any responsibility towards there duty ... Please look into the matter

I was waiting at Kasmiri Gate bus stand for 192, 185 and 143 to reach Nathupura from 8 pm to 10.12 pm but No one bus of came and those were also for Burari Village. This is pathatic, this is the condition of bus service in india's capital. Where is the ### govt what are they doing. Why we are paying taxes. Shame on the Delhi govt.

My name is vijay. I was travelling in DTC green bus from uttam nagar east to district center And I purchase 5rs of ticket and gave 10rs to conducter and they gave me a change but they gave me 1rs small coin and I told him that is not take any rickshaw and trollyman and some more people gave me a other coin but they speaking with some attitude and use abuse language so I told him gave me my 10rs I leave the bus. but they did not accept both things. And after some time later they scuffle me and they break my specs and beat me more my nose was bledding more and my all face swelling badly then bus driver stop the bus and catch me tightly. in the morning passenger is less.passenger told bus driver and conducter then they leave me then I leave the bus and I am not able to stand properly so I did know the number of bus but I have a ticket of that bus sir please take any action of this situation. I hope u will doing some better . I[censored] want a number of that bus I try that for take number of that bus I also send mail in dtc bus service but they did not send any mail

Me aaj 10.02.2020 ko Sunder nagri bus stand se 9:35 a.m. bus 212 no. A.C.bus lee (Anand Parbat to Anand Vihar ) .Condector ne mera ticket 20rs ka kata, Nand Nagri E Block se Anad Vihar isbt jo ki ab band ho geya hai.Ab bus Gagan Cienma se hokar aati hai.Jabki ticket 165 no.bus me ticket 15rs ka lagta hai (Sunder nagari se Anand Vihar isbt).Jab condector se baat ki to bo jawab nahi de paya aur misbehave karne laga aur kaha machine jo station feed honge usi hisab se ticket lega.Thodi duri per GTb bus stand per ticket Chekkaer aaya aur mene bahi sawal kiya to bo bhi bina koi jawab diye bina kisi ki ticket check kiye uter gey kynoki unke paas bhi jawab nahi tha.Yahi haal 333 no bus ka hai usme bhi 20rs ka ticket lagta Sunder nagri se.
Mene phone pe bhi complaint ki (DTC complaint no.) per bo bhi sahi jawab nahi de paye. Meri aapse request hai ki bus no 333 aur 212 ka machine feeding sahi kaewae jisme new route ke hisab se Satation feed ho aur passanger ko bhi paresani na ho

Sir mujhe bus no dl1pc8130 route 838 ke bus conductor marsel or driver k against complain karni hai payal cinema par seat hote hue bhi yah mana kar dete hai or seat save krke next stop naraina par apne janne walo ko seat dete hai

Dtc services are totally corrupted 😡😡. Ek din me shastri nagar se kamla nagar ke taraf jaa rha tha bus se.me phele baar travel kar rha tha toh ticket ka pata nhi tha kitne ke lane hai.ticket collector se mujhe 5rs ke ticket da de kamla nagar ke kha kar, per kamla nagar se 1 stop phele he mere ticket khatam ho gyi and usse stop se ticket checkers chadh gye and vo mujh se badhe batamize se baat karne lag gyi ke tumhare ticket khatam ho gyi and absuses use karnelag gyi, vo log dekh e me he uneducated lag rhe the..and fir 250rs maagne lag gyi but mere pass nhi the toh unhone 2-3 chaate maare sir me piche and khene lage tujhe toh hum jail me dalvate hai ruk.mujhe vhe seat per baitha liya Orr mere saath baith gye and mujhe bus se ootarene nhi diya .khane lage ke abb bus jaha khatam hogi vhe ootare ga tu..me sirf 16year ka hu and na mujhe koi rasta pata tha ek bhi vha ka, bus harsh vihar per khatam hue fir unlogo me bus se ootara Orr police ke pass lee jaane ka drama karne lage and 20-30 min tak drama karke chod diya per mere 3-4 hr waste kara diye Orr shaam ke 6bje gye the Orr na mere pass phone tha or nhi he mujhe rasta pata tha ...dtc waale pata nhi kaise uneducated, corrupt, gundo ko job dete hai please apne system ko sudhaare, dtc ke conductor or ticket collector khule aam gunda gari karte hai .please apne system ko sudhare .
