[Resolved]  DTC — Complaint against DTC bus Conductor

I am virender singh and i am student i daily make up down from DWARAKA MORE METRO STATION to NAJAGARH.
today the above mentioned route no bus having registeration no. as DL 1P B6139, I am so disappintoted the behaviour of conductor even he using abuse language, he trying to hit me.
the incident take place over DWARAKA MORE METRO Station where i board the above mentions bus,
that bus was LTD. (minimum FARE 10 Rs), i gave him 5 coins suddenly he started shouted over me and raise his hand to hit me, (thank god some good commuter scold over him), i already gave him 100 Rs note to purchase the ticket the ticket no (25626 / 329)
i just want to know can authority take actions against that such kind of CONDUCTORS who have no sence to talk even they ready to fight with students...
same on conductor pls sir, take the actions against him and pls reply me by mail i[censored] please sir...

Reg.: Complaint against the misbehaviour by ticket checkers with alone foreign lady travelling in the bus.
The incident took place on 21/08/12 when my wife who is foreigner boarded the orange line Bus route no. 534 at Nehru place bus stop at 3.30 pm approximately. Because of the heavy rush in the bus before she was able to take tickets came the two ticket checkers who started speaking her very on not having tickets and tried to push her out asking to pay Rs. 200/-. She paid Rs. 200 and the receipt Ref. Delhi Transit Transit No. 38559 was given against that.
Soon after these two tickets checkers left the bus the other 2 ticket checkers came and again started troubling, misbehaving and harassing her seeing her as foreign lady and asking money. However these two left the bus after being too much harassed when she started crying.
I request the authorities to look into the matter and take appropriate action against the 2 ticket checkers. Please let’s know if you need any further information in this matter to resolve.

IN THIS ROUT STILL PRIVATE BUSES RUN WHICH ARE WHITE LINE TOURIST BUSES NAMED `YADAV' WRITTEN ON THEIR BUSES DTC BUS DRIVER TAKE SOME AMOUNT OF BRIBE AND START THEIR BUSES VERY LATE AND WHEN START NOT ONE BY ONE ALL BUSES TOGATHER AFTER THAT NO REMAINING BUSES THEIR THIS ALL DONE ONLY FOR THE PRIVATE TOURIST BUS BECAUSE WHEN THERE WILL BE NO DTC BUSES PEOPLE WILL SIT IN PRIVATE BUSES SOMETIME WHEN PEOPLE SAY ANYTHING THEY MISBEHAVE WITH PASSANGERS THESE CORRUPT DRIVERS AND CONDUCTORS MADE PEOPLE LATE TO THEIR OFFICES AND HOME ALSO THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND PUBLIC TIME'S IMPORTANCE...

I am regular passenger of DTC BUS SERVICE and i am a employed i daily make up down from Shahdara to Anand Vihar.
few days ago on 18 sept in 8:30 a.m. the above mentioned route no bus having registeration no. as DL 1P C-3119, I am so disappintoted the behaviour of driver iam say to bus stop on stand Edm but he not stopped and say if i will stop bus i will pay for it and DTC did not allowed to me for this stand and he say if i will stop bus dat stand i will lost my job and he say he got this job after give 2 lac for officer. even he using abuse language, he trying to hit me.

i just want to know can authority take actions against that such kind of DRIVER who have no sence to talk even they ready to fight with PASSENGER..

DTC — REGARDING BUS SERVICE

I would like to bring into the notice that the service of Bus no.142 and 235 PLYING IN NORTH DELHI AREA, is very less and its hereby requeted to kindly increase the bus services on there route for our convenience....

My name is kartik I am living in trilok puri delhi 91. My complaint is that today morning at 9-18 am. Dt.19-11-12 I took bus from mayur vihar ph 1 to sector 18 Noida, DTC Bus root no 347 bus no 7498 I asked to conductor Uncle. I wont ticket to sector 18 Noida and I give him Rs. 100 the conductor uncle gave me ticket. Ticket no is 32546 and take Rs. 10 balance amount Rs. 90 he return me. when I reached sector 18 and get off from bus then I meet Mr. Ram Mehar (DTC. Checker) whit him staff on bus stand he asked me ticket then I give him then they cheeked it and said me it is expire at sec.16 RAJNIGANDA, then I replied him I don’t know about it because I asked ticket to sector 18 Noida. It is not my mistake, it is your staff mistake but Mr. Ram Mehar not listening me and he is used same abused word then I feel not well because it is my one day income. After that I gave him Rs. 200/- then he gave receipt No. 516875 but it is not fair.
Sir I request from all of you please take action about it, because they took fine from me Rs. 200 it is illegal.

I am regular passenger of DTC bus route no. 717 for the last Two years and Problem is that i am facing in every day in evening WHEAN MY Bus is coming they will not stopping bus on Kishangarh Stand bus, WHY when there is a bus stand why conductor not stopping bus or open frount doors for ladies Infact more than 20 Girl facing this problem Regularly & waiting for Bus as usual.

Can I know the reason plssssss.

that bus conductor'behaviour so rude, even he didn't hv no manner how to talk other.Actually he had 5 rs change but he told to me ""me ni dunga jo man krle mar jaa aage jakar nhhi to dhar dunga or usne gtb ngr dpott.se 3-4 conductor bhi bulye the mujhe pitwane ke liy but ek aunty ne mujhe bcha liya"" so please take action on this compalint as soon as possible due to this i couldn't complete my travell
to santnagar mujhe beach me hi utrana pda because he called 3-4 boys at bangali colony.
So please ""this my humble request to you"" please take action my compliant.otherwise dusre bhi is conductor ke victim ban sakty h and also take action on gtbngr depott conductor which came for bitting me. PLEASE TAKE ACTION THIS COMPLIANT
Sir, I request to you, give the more DTC buses on the 534 route, due to lack of buses in this route people wasting several hours on bus stand, whenever buses come it is full of passenger no further space to stand on it, sir so consider my request, I am dally passenger of this route and suffer the same, previously number of buses are sufficient and come with every 5minute interval but now days buses are very few in this route and people are suffer . sir so consider my application and pay attention on this, for this I will always thankful to you.

This is to bring in your notice the absence of DTC buses on route no. RL77E/RL77A. There is a acute shortage and also abnormal plying timings of the buses on the above routes especially in the evening for the return trip from Dwarka to New Delhi Railway Station. There are about 20-25 people who board the bus from Bus Stand in Sector-19, Pocket 3, Dwarka but since last one month there is no bus plying from 6.30 - 8.30 p.m. I request you to please improve the connectivity on this route especially in the evenings during the oncoming winter season.

392 bus conductors are very rude and manerless. They do not how to behave with the passengers. Sometimes they start abusing and sometimes they start fighting with the passengers. Today I saw similar incident at Rajnigandha bus stand. Its horrible

today the above mentioned route no bus having registeration no. as DL b5619 I am so disappintoted the behaviour of conductor even he using abuse language, he trying to hit me.
the incident take place over budh vihar where i board the above mentions bus,
that bus was LTD. (minimum FARE 5 Rs), i gave him 5 coins suddenly he started shouted over me and raise his hand to hit me, (thank god some good commuter scold over him), i already gave him 100 Rs note to purchase the ticket the ticket no ( 11186/ 728

I am so disappointing the behavior of conductor even he using abuse language, he trying to hit me. I was travelling with my family in that bus my father ask conductor for seat. he used a bad language for my father when i told him please do not use that type of language with my father so he also used abuse language and trying to hit me and talk to very badly with every one person who trying to stop him..
So it is my humble request to you please take strict action for him as soon as possible...

DTC — no service of 715

there is no service of Bus No.715, Mangla Puri to Mehrauli ,,, my mother waits almost for 3 hrs daily ..... nd in the end she has to take an auto..... roj yahe hota hai ...y don't govt do anythng...kehte hai bus service bhada denge ...but kis route pe...... vasant kunj jaise area main some has to w8 for hrs ...... its is too risky for females to w8 there during night... plz do something

there is no direct bus from uttam nagar to vasant kunj... y so... tat are my mom has to go daily changing almost 2-3 busses.... 1 bus comes but tat too once in a day... wat is dtc dept doing... sleeping..... t do general public has to suffer

I am working in a school where i have to reach at 7.30. I live in ashok vihar and take bus No 166 at 6.30 am...but sir there is no bus between 6.30 to 7 in the morning. Most of the DTC Buses are plying in schools... Also at 2.30 pm in the afternoon there is no bus service of BUS 166... Minimum waiting time : 45 mins to 1 hr. Due to which buses are over crowded, Please increase the service of 166. We never had this problem with blue line buses but now a days its a nightmare travelling in a DTC bus...as either there is no bus or if it comes its is over crowded

DTC — SMOKING IN BUS

Many DTC Bus drivers are smoking in running bus and they habitual for that and this is very dangerous for all i have request to you please some action for this matter.
In the DTC A/C Buses A/C not working properly and drivers argument with Raff language to all passengers.
dear DTC management, I appreciate your hard efforts in keeping the lifeline of DELHI METRO through DTC bus service at such a low price.But at the same time, there is a great need for the dtc staff to learn how to behave with passengers, especially with senior citizens. Today, I boarded a dtc bus no.DLIP-C0249, Mayapuri depot, a low floor bus(route 817 Najaf garh to Karampura, ) at 6.15pm from DWARKA MORE & requested the conductor to vacate a seat as he had occupied two seats but he refused.I didnot have a single word with him but to keep quiet.On the contrary, the driver of the bus was so gentle that while alighting, he took every care to stop the bus in the left so that the trrafic coming from the back maynot hurt me.I, O.P.KALRA age 70 years R/O A-1/178 Janakpuri, new delhi(Mob.[protected] with email [protected]@sify.com) seeks clerification from the management, the number of seats the conductor is allowed. THANK YOU.
The behaviour of Bus Conductor and Driver of DTC AC Bus route No. 620, starts around at 9.15 A.M. from Houz Khas towards Shivaji Stadium is not good towards the passengers. Instead of managing things in pleasing/comfortable manner or to the convenience of the consumers/passengers, they both behaved like a regulator. Some time in peak hours when bus is over packed/crowed and passengers are not able to reach ahead to get down and requested conductor/driver to open the rear gate, they never acceded to the request of the passengers, instead telling them to follow rules and advised them to go through the rush and reach ahead. These are small things and can be managed/accommodate through common sense easily instead of advising passengers to strictly follow rules. However, Conductors never follows rules to distribute tickets on the seat of the passenger. It is therefore, suggested to advice the drivers and conductor of the AC bus route No. 620 to help the passengers and make their journey comfortable.
