THE PERSON MR. DUSHYANT OF DTDC MISBEHAVED AND TOLD EVEN THOUGH COURIER IS WITH ME I WILL NOT DELIVER IT TODAY AT ANY COST, EVEN I[censored] COMPLAINT TO ANYBODY. I HAD FILLED THE FEEDBACK FORM OF THE COMPANY AND NOWFROM THIS PLATEFORM I WANT TO KNOWN WHETHER ANY RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY IS FUNCTIONING IN DTDC ORGANIZATION OR ELSE PUBLIC SHOULD OPT FOR SOME OTHER RESPONSIBLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED COMPANY. I was expecting a very urgent courier from allahabad dispatched on 26th of march for my office at jabalpur. I have till date not received the consignment. When i contacted DTDC office at jabalpur on phone number [protected] dated 28 march"12, i was told that my courier has been received at dtdc office, jabalpur vide consignment number Z57336560 and the same would be delivered immediately. On 29th march"12, nobody turned up to deliver the courier, as the result i again contacted DTDC office jabalpur on 30 march'12 in the morning & got assurance of immediate delivery from a lady who picked up the phone.Now that it was 17:30 &courier was not yet delivered, i again called DTDC office, to which the same lady replied that we do not have any staff to deliver your courier and it will be better, you talk to Mr. P.K Dev, who will be available after 10 minutes. Again contacting i was told to send someone to receive the courier from DTDC office.
What is this???
I strongly feel that there is no sense of customer service/responsibility in DTDC.
I pledge not to use your services ever again in the future. Please deliver my courier atleast on 31st march'12 on the address given on the consignment.
