Dear Mr.Subhasish Chakraborty/Mr. Gautam Basu, Please note that I have booked the following consignments to Kerala on 1st December, 2008 and the details are as under: Sr.No. AWB No. Date of booking Place of booking Remarks 1. M[protected]st Dember, 2008 CBD Belapur, Not yet delivered Navi Mumbai 2. M[protected]st December, 2008 CBD Belapur Delivered after Navi Mumbai 11 days[protected] 3. M[protected]st December, 2008 CBD Belapur Delivered after Navi Mumbai 6 days[protected] I have contacted your customer service help line Mumbai/Navi Mumbai so many times for getting the information and I got these information today only(i.e. after 20 days). Your customer service dept is not able to answer my question for delayed service. I would request you to please look into this matter and give me a satisfactory reply. I deeply regret to note that your service has worsen then postal dept. I spend more money for sending these letters through courier to deliver the destination immediately but your service was very pathetic. I sent so may e-mail to their office and talked over phone, but till now I have got any reply from your office Was this information helpful? | |

DTDC — Non delivery of courier after 6 days also.
A courier envelop containing very very urgent and important documents was being booked on 26th Nov'09 in Faridabad for Jaipur but today on 1st Dec.'09 still it is not being delivered and when asked they replied that they will revert after one day as they are not having delivery executives in Jaipur to deliver or so. We booked the important documents with DTDC keeping their brand name in mind but were not aware that they will provide the worst service to us.I know that anyone will do nothing against them but its my right to bring it into notice to get my doucuments and the loss accrued due to delay.
