Respected Sir/Madam, I P. Srinivasulu working as Associate Professor in CSE department, M. L. Engineering college, singarayakonda. I booked a courierin the name of Dr. S. Jyothi Convenor, Sree padmavathi mahila vishvidyalayam (womens university), Tirupati, on[protected] at singarayakonada DTDC courier main branch, prakam (D). and the courier number is T35827673. but the courier is not reached to the destination till now. I call many times to the DTDC courier branch in both the places (tirupati, singayakonda) but they are not responded properly and i check the courier status in the website www.dtdc.com and the site displays the message "In transit" of courier status. please kindly accept my requisition and take the neccessary actions in this regard. hi i m amit i have booked my courirer through DTDC which consignment no. is Z04074556 on 5th march 2010 to Delhi western wing Tis hazari court to my Advocate . but till now date 13.10.2010 my courier is not delliver to my friends. due to late this courier i got very losses . if any situation my courier is not deliver on monday than i will file legal action against action to dtdc in consumer forum. This is very shame for your service of your company i had given charg for delivery not getting free service.So i am not faith in future on your company service.

I booked a courier letter through DTDC, that po# H 68364535 from Herabad to Ichchapuram. But that letter not received to the destination till now. I call many times to the DTDC branch at Ichchapuram. But they are not responded properly and
when I contacte the person at Ichchapuram branch about my letter, the person misbehaved and used some unperliamentary words. and said that "i can't inform you about delivery of my letter". so, they are not responded properly and i check the your website the courier status is displays the message "In Transist" of courier status.
Plz kindly accept and take the necessary action in this regard.
