DTDC Courier & Cargo Limited — Poor response
One of my Urgent consignment (bookjed from patna for Jamshedpur.Docket No. -K31809826 on 12.11.2008)was returned as I was not at home.The local shop carrying DTDC service responded very badly.Thogh I have called them to keep my consignment with them still they have returned it and were very rude when I asked them to help me to trace my consignment.They just said -- hum nai jaante...aapko jisse man kare complain kijiye...I have taken a no . 3207007 of their Jsr office but this phone no. is always busy.Infact I tried continuously for 3 hrs but this no was busy.This is my earnest request not to book any consignment through DTDC as they do not care about their customer. I was waiting desperately for a courier from my fiance. we trusted DTDC and zeroed in for its service.
Last evening i went personally to collect the greeting, to my surprise i was taken back to see the card been terribly folded sideways and dismantel. It was looking as if someone has collected it from street trash box. I immediately brought it to notice of the employees, they said it was not their mistake things do get dismantel and rip off...
My concern here is if such is the case then kindly refund else stop providing services. i[censored] guys cannot deliver things properly then u really need to work on ur startegies. please try to understand the importance o[censored]r customers
I must say pathetic and absolutely negligent service. never shall refer it to anyone.
Hope someone pays attention to this complaint. !!!

DTDC — Pathetic Service.
Cons#H59995899. This is my worst ever experience with a courier service. Its promised to deliver next day for local courier, but dint deliver even after a week!!The online status is rubbish, Saying 'Attempted' and reason is 'Timeover'. I am surprised to hear from your local office that 'TimeOver' is because it dint reach them in office hours!! and they dont have answer for why its status is 'Attempted'.
I am follow up daily, all 3 offices(They dont have single customer service number), but all my efforts in vain till now! I think should never opt DTDC!!

DTDC — Pathetic service and customer service
DTDC has got pathetic services & the customer care is good for nothing. I have been calling them up daily since last 17 days about my consignment no M55057233 which was sent from Mumbai but still it has not reached to my residence.Nobody is able to trace where the packet has gone and daily customer care people ask more time but unable to resolve complaint and deliver my packet which is containing very important document.

DTDC — Pathetic Service
Hi,I was suppose to collect a courier from this office on RAKHI, but this people found my door locked and returned it to source without calling me once. My number was mentioned along with address clearly. I tried to contact them many times but all contact number mentioned in electronic media are wrong or Out of service.
Pls take the neccessary action is possible. These people on recieving the service fee, consider themselves as King.

one of my urgent document was booked from Patna for Jamshedpur (K[protected] on 12.11.2008 and I have not received it till date.The local guy having his shop at sector market has misplaced it.Though my phone number was written on that letter, they have not even bothered to call me.I am working so it is not possible for me to be at home always to receive the courier.Its moral responsibility of the person coming to deliver to make a call.on enquiry the guy at sector market just said -- hum kya karega???aapko jissi man kare complain kariye..hum kuch nai jante...these were his line.Please do not book you courier via DTDC to avoid mental and physical harresment.
