[Resolved]  DTDC Courier — Delay in delivery

Dear Sir / Sirs,

I have consulted with my supplier at Bangalore to get the materials ASAP.
They have conducted to your Bangalore office and confirm me after discuss
with your people that I will get the materials within 4-5 days in Kolkata.
My Docket No. is D I0058635 Dt.18.08.12. As per your commitment, I am
supposed to receive the materials today in Kolkata and accordingly I got in
touch with your Kolkata Office over phone and they informed me that nothing
had been done from your Bangalore Office yet. Immediately I get back to my
supplier and they confirmed me that I shall get the materials on 24th. i.e.
after 2 days. I would like to know - 1. why this delay happened ? 2. What
is the necessity to enjoy your service for urgency ? 3. Why I shall pay
huge amount of charge if the delay occured ?, 4. What action you are going
to take? 5. What compensation your going to offer ?
