[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Packet not delivered

My son in-law Shri V.S. Rao sent a parcel vide Receipt No.*D04973739 dated 17.01.2011 from Ambagan Branch, Rourkela, Orissa, to my grand daughter at Hyderbad., AP. On opening of the parcel she found one saree was missing and he sent a e.mail to Ms. Radhika, Sr. Manager CSS on 25.111 followed by a reminder on 01.02.2011 but till date he has not received any reply. What we expected was a reply and even that your people are not able to send. Then what customer care service you are extending?. Earlier I had bitter experience with you and stopped dealing with you. What is customer Care Service you better learn from LG Electronics who are so prompt in their dealings. . A sane person would not expect an immediate reply. or redressal of grievance but an interim reply pending finalisation of the case and that too you are unabvle to extend to your customers. Wonderful.
With your plethora of staff who are fit for nothing as I find I do not think that any useful purpose will be served by resorting to give resurrection to the case further and hence close here.

radhika sarees — harrasment to deal

As per her demand on mobile (call coversation,message)sent 2 times, tottal amount of 20000/- on 6.5.13 ,14.5.13.courier no. DTDC K62533038,13376167.
Now this time she can not sent even not talk but replie through message,say sent saree after few days but not sent.
