[Resolved] DTDC Courier — Did not receive courier and lost extremely important document

Courier Consignment No - M78585132

I have lost an important document (My company's experience letter) because of irresponsibility shown by DTDC company. This letter was couriered to me on 30th Aug 12 from Acrotrend Solutions Pvt. Ltd Mumabi to Lalit Mohan S/O Shree Rajendra Kumar Pandit Purnanand Tiwari, Inter College, Jaspur, Udham Singh Nagar.
I, being in impression that copmany did not send me the experience letter yet, wrote an email to my company (Acrotrend Solutions Pvt Ltd, Mumbai) requesting them to issue my experience letter on 23rd Jan13. Next Day, on 24th Jan 2013, I got a reply from HR department of the above mentioned company that they have already sent me the DTDC courier containing experience letter on 30th Aug 2012 on the address mentioned Lalit Mohan S/O Shree Rajendra Kumar Pandit Purnanand Tiwari, Inter College, Jaspur, Udham Singh Nagar, 244712.
I replied back to company saying that I never received the courier because it never got delivered to me.
Company sent me the receipt of the courier saying that they had already sent it as the receipt is the proof, and they wouldn't issue me a duplicate copy now.
With the help of the information provided in the receipt, I tracked the courier and got to know from Mr. Shishir Mohan Sharma (who is working at DTDC Ltd, Shop No 17, GB Pant Market, Jail Road, Kashipur, Uttarakhand) that Letter got received on 4th Sep 2012 on the mentioned address and there is sign also of the person receiving it.
I took the zerox of the Deliver Run Sheet containing sign from Shishir and matched with every staff in the college, but sign didn't match with anyone's and also, everyone in the college staff denied that they received any such document.

It means that courier didn't get received, sign on courier Delivery run sheet is seems to be fake and ambiguous, also it doesn't have anyone's address or mobile no or any ID card no with sign so that I could track the receiving person.

I have lost my important document which the company has denied to reissue. It has caused me multiple damages.

1. My Australia Visa process has been put on hold and delayed.
2. The company Acrotrend Solutions Pvt. Ltd is not ready to reissue the duplicate copy of it, Because of it I have lost my 8 months credible experience of the company.
3. I have been mentally and physically damaged.

Hence, I am looking for appropriate compensation from DTDC Ltd for all this damaged happened to me.

I would me thankful to you if you could please take immediate action against DTDC Pvt. Ltd.

I have attached following documents of proof.

1. DTDC Courier receipt from Acrotrend Solutions Pvt. Ltd which they got while sending the courier.
2. Courier deliver run sheet containing the ambiguous sign

Document — Not receiving the courier

Document — not receiving my important document

respected sir ;
my importent document sending Dharmendra kumar singh from varanasi by speed post to nagendra kumar singh c/o vijay kumar sharma gali no . 18 chalera sector 44 noida.
Sending date &sl.no - 5-10-08, EU[protected]. i does not reiceved my post till now.
i meet to post master of sector 37 noida. i ask porpose of my postdocument then post master missbehave with me .

So youre kindaly requested you please take inqury & action aganst my problem. othe wise i will go to consumer court.

documents dispatched on 17/7/10 wide docket no k41164634 from kolkata has been sent back without delivery . DTDC doesnt have courage to inform or Phone the client M/S Chanchal Mechanical Enginers It is very bad on the part of company like dtdc.

Courier — Non Receipt of imp document

they have not delivered an important document which was sent on Monday(3rd Jan,2011) from Mumbai as they promised while making the courier to be delivered on Tuesday i.e.4th Jan,2011.
and the thing was that when make a call,they were irresponsible that they dont even know the status of delivery. when i called customer care number[protected],[protected],[protected] they were talking as if is not their matter. instead of calling number of times i havent yet got the exact status of my courier.this is showing their irresponsibility in a public sector. the courier was very important as due to delay in its receipt had caused a big los in my business deal...sir please take sufficient action..
